Cardinal Newman for Today by Thomas J. Norris
This is a great introduction to the now Blessed Cardinal Henry Newman. If you know nothing about Cardinal Newman, this is a well researched introduction to him and his life and theology. He had a profound influence on the Catholic Church in the 1800's but an even greater influence on the Vatican II Council in the 20th Century. His influence is growing and many are still drawn to his writings.
I encourage you to read this book if you want to know more about Cardinal Newman.
