:cough: ok sorry welcome to volume 2 of Real Account, or as I like to think of Gods help me is this ever happens I'm screwed.

We last left Ataru, Ruriri and Koyori having survived the latest game...tho apparently not quite as perfectly as they could have. OH WELL. The gamemaster gives the folks a break to get cleaned up & eat...but sadly in the Real World the company that owns Real Account is like "sux 2b u but 10 days until you die! sry!" bc they plan to just unplug the servers to stop this madness.

The Dark Histories game is...disturbing. As someone who, in my youth, was rather prone towards excitedly lambasting folk who pissed me off watching folk die from it was the worst.

Meanwhile OMG ATARU WTF KIND OF MESSED UP FAMILY DO YOU COME FROM? Like. how the hell is Yuri the most normal? And dude seriously you have a sister complex. (why is this a thing in Japanese manga? like.. how did this start as a well used barely commented on trope?)

Welcome to volume 3 of Real Account, or as I'm thinking more of it as my own personal hell.

I prolly mean that in a good way...but let's not ask Marble ok?

So after the stunning revelation of Dead People Rising at the end of vol 2, we pick up with a new guy and a new girl and it's the fucking beginning again and jeeze maleeze WHY?

It would seem vol 2's end reveal was TRUE FACTS BRO and the ramifications of it aren't quite felt yet. I feel like Marble is punking me in real life right now and that makes me violent.

We are now following Yuma and Ayame - Yuma apparently is something of a hypocrite (chiding his IRL friends for their obsession over RA, but is in fact obsessed with it moreso) and much like Ataru, seems to value virtual friends to real world friends. Ayame. .she's not as interesting as Koyomi, but she is more on the ball so.

The first game is the "like"/"dislike" game...which Ataru I mean Yuma eventually finds a couple ways around. The next is RA Lice, where you need to maintain a 100 viewers or deeaaattthhhh. Doesn't matter how you do it though. So you got the porn folk, death match, a dude (who I'm sure will in no way be important to the plot later) slicing a guy up slowly and our twosome who have no fucking idea what to do.

So they pull a fast one.

Marble seems to like these two more then Ataru/Koyomi...tho it might be bc Yuma/Ayame are less...righteous sounding?

Anyhow we end with Yuma's body being taken away by Marble much like Ataru's was and possibly everyone else in the game currently living is being.… (more)
