Nice quick read. The author writes his thoughts in short chapters which makes it nice to quickly grab and reference for a bit of wisdom to help you refocus your thoughts. I appreciate his acknowledgement that his truth and path to freedom is not the same for everyone, he is just sharing what he is learned but everyone needs to learn their own truth, there is no quick steps to happiness and life

A very poetic, simple book that is perhaps best read a chapter at a time for full reflection. I appreciated the succinct and direct musings on life, perception, and the purpose we each discover in ourselves. Each reflection offers a new morsel to digest, and points to how we might see the world differently, discover our personal truth (i.e. that which would truly set us free to be our best), and live it fully.

I listened to this in bits in pieces as it was very repetitive. I put it down and read something else and came back hoping there would be a tidbit that I could glean from it. I finished it and got the tidbit. Please don't waste your money on it. The title is the tidbit and then of course we all know that these books want you to meditate and have a mantra. That's it.
