Hodgepodge of mental tools applied to wandering. The "Wander Society" was invented by the author even though the book makes you believe it's a real thing. Many of the ideas are valuable, but I think they're better explained in other books where there is more space to go deeper and not limit them to the topic of wandering, e.g. mindful walking is just one application of the idea of living in the present. I gave the book one star because I don't like non-fiction books that consciously lie to you.
Great book to get the creative juices flowing.
