Not as helpful as I was hoping. I did not try any of the recipes. I have an electric pressure cooker instead of a stove top one so I was a bit confused with the instructions as they seem to be more geared to a stove top cooker. I set my cooker on high or low pressure and set the timer. When the cooker is up to pressure, the timer then counts down. These recipes called for adjusting timing and pressure after the pressure has been obtained, but I'm just using a digital pad prior to cooking. Being as I'm a rookie, I didn't know how to adjust for my own electric cooker.… (more)
