A fun book. The main character's transformation is inspiring.

This was a quirky and funny young adult read. I enjoyed it very much. If you like this genre you will enjoy this book ☺

beach read, light, humorous, fairly implausible

A good book to read without putting too much thought into what's happening. There are some decent twists and the 'rural' feeling is pretty authentic (I live in Maine). There are some unanswered questions that nagged me by the time I closed the cover, notably why was Gretchen working the wedding reception?
