The Hidden World of the Pastor: Case Studies on… by Kenneth L. Swetland

This is a wonderful book that gives a future pastor some case studies, but doesn't tell you how they ended. You have to decide what you would do in the situation. Helpful tool for hypothetical situations in the pastorate.
