A great work of economic theory, easy to read, mainstream in its day, but leaning towards a reasonable version of neoclassical theory, where the work of the Austrian School has had a great influence. His use of his own technical term, "Marginal Vendibility," to explain supply and demand and what was called "marginal utility," is especially helpful to the reader trying to grasp the relationship of subjective value to the formation of real-world prices.
