I like the simplistic nature of this book and the illustrations that chow Betsy's relation to the American flag.

Susan B. Anthony is a picture book biography that tells the story of a woman who fought for better education for herself and then used that education to ignite change in legislation for the rights of women in the United States. Wallner does a terrific job of describing the courage, boldness, and strength of Susan B. Anthony and the importance of her legacy as it stands today. This book tells the life of John Ronald Reuel Tolkien, most famously known as J.R.R. Tolkien, the creator of "The Lord of the Rings" and "The Hobbit." The story tells the story of his life, it has a lot of text and would be better for older children to read. The illustrations were not my favorite, and for a book about J.R.R. Tolkien I would have expected more fantastical illustrations.
