Character description

Aline Renoir, née Charigot (1854-1915) was a dressmaker who married French painter Pierre-August Renoir in 1890. She often served as his model before and after their marriage. He depicted her holding a dog in his famous painting "The Luncheon of the Boating Party" and dancing in "Dance in the Country."
