Character description

Amy Robsart (1532–1560) was the first wife of Robert Dudley (later 1st Earl of Leicester), the childhood friend and favorite of Queen Elizabeth I. She never accompanied her husband to court. She is most famous for her death under mysterious circumstances at their country home.
