Character description

Countess Freya von Moltke (1911–2010) was a German lawyer who, with her husband Helmuth, was at the center of the "Kreisau Circle" of anti-Nazi aristocrats, academics, and senior civil servants. He was executed in 1945, but she survived and chronicled their activities.
