Character description

Isaac Newton Arnold (30 November 1815 - 24 April 1884) who served as a United States Representative (Republican, Illinois) for 2 terms (1860 - 1864). In February 1864, he introduced what in 1865 became the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
