Character description

Jeanne d'Albret (1528– 1572), daughter of Marguerite de Navarre, reigned as Queen of Navarre in her own right as Jeanne III from 1555 to her death. She was seen as the leader of the Huguenots in the French Wars of Religion during the Reformation. Her son became King Henri IV of France.
