Character description

King Horn: Or Hind Horn, or simply Horn. Hero of two Middle English romances, King Horn and Childe Horn (or Horn and Ryminhild) as well as the ballad "Hind Horn." King Horn is widely believed to be the earliest surviving Middle English metrical romance. Horn is deprived of his inheritance, goes wondering, loses and regains his love, and is restored to his rights.
