Character description

Robert Stewart, 2nd Marquess of Londonderry (1769–1822), known for most of his adult life as Viscount Castlereagh, was an Anglo-Irish politician. Percy Bysshe Shelley memorably referred to him in his poem The Masque of Anarchy: "I met Murder on the way – He had a face like Castlereagh."
