Character description

William Livingston (November 30, 1723 – July 25, 1790) was an American politician who served as the Governor of New Jersey (1776–1790) during the American Revolutionary War and was a signer of the United States Constitution. He was a prolific author of political writings many published in his newspaper the Independent Reflector.
