Does what it says on the label. Ideally, a forum where people can speak about non-genre fiction, regardless of when or where it was written. Fiction that treats 'the human condition', which doesn't mean it has to be po-faced, or unfunny, but rather that it's more interested in character than plot, and finding the extraordinary in the ordinary.
