Advertisement text (20 March): "To be Sold by publick Vendue or Auction, by T. Fleet, at theĀ Heart and Crown in Cornhill, Boston, on Thursday the 30th of this Instant March, all the Houshold Goods of John Eastwicke, Esq; late of Boston, deceased, consisting of Plate, Linen, Beds and Bedding, Brass, Pewter, and all other sorts of Kitchen Furniture, with his Books, &c. The Sale to begin at 4 o'Clock Afternoon."
Advertisement text (27 March): "Thursday next, the 30 Instant, WILL be sold by publick Vendue, at the Heart and Crown in Cornhill, a very neat Collection of BOOKS, being the Library of John Eastwicke, Esq; late of Boston, deceased, all in English, generally well bound, and many of them new; among which are these following, viz. [here follow two columns of titles; see image]

Together with the Houshold Furniture of the said John Eastwicke, consisting of [long list of furniture]. The Sale to begin at Four o'Clock in the Afternoon, and what remains unsold that Day, will be sold the next"
