About My Library
Every available space in my room has been turned into a bookshelf, as my three small official bookshelves are not big enough to hold all my books. I go to the used book sale at my library a lot (at which I also volunteer), so I take home far too many donated books. I really like classic books and poetry, although I loathe free verse (most of it, although some pieces are tolerable). I adore a well written YA book, and C.S. Lewis is my panacea. I also love books about mythology, Latin, and Catholicism. Comics are also very fun for me to read, and I adore Batman.

My books are catalogued according to what I own and also what I have read from the public library, but unfortunately had to return. Everything that I read I rate, and if it isn't rated, you can assume that I haven't read it yet.
About Me
I love pencil drawing, encaustic painting, making rosaries, writing, and, of course, reading! I am fond of the color black, Chuck Taylor All Stars, and Batman t-shirts. I love listening to symphonic and industrial metal, hard rock, soundtracks, and classical music. To say that I am obsessed with Doctor Who is a gross understatement of my dedication, as my brain seems to have absorbed a great deal of the Time Vortex, and I hope that I will mutate into a Time Lord. Or something. I am also a lifelong Sherlockian with strong feelings for the books and for both Jeremy Brett and Benedict Cumberbatch's portrayal of the Great Detective. I am also fond of a lot of the reviewers on That Guy With the Glasses, I love the ponies from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and you will find no better superhero than Batman.

Beware: Sometimes I have a bad habit of starting my sentences with "well." I also use a lot of smiley faces. :D

I try to live out G.K. Chesterton's words - "Let your religion be less of a theory and more of a love affair." I am in love with my God and I am in love with Catholicism.
