I collect children's picture books (mostly from the late 60s through the early 80s), British travel gazzeteers, Christian reference (incl. study Bibles, dicts./encycls., Biblical archeology & "life in Bible times" books), cookbooks (about which I am extremely choosey) & whatever else catches my fancy.

I am a theologically conservative Christian who's biggest interests (besides Bible study) are my books, 70s progressive rock music, genealogy, domestic (UK) travel, cooking (& eating) & 70s British children's & science fictional TV. After my mom died, I met the love of my life on the internet & moved to the UK to be w/him. We've been married since Jan '09. My dad died that year, so the only family I've left is a sister, aunts, uncles and cousins (who all live Stateside). I recently added two cats to our household.
