About meNapoleon Bonaparte (15 August 1769-5 May 1821), French soldier and Emperor of the French from 1804 to 1814.

About my libraryNapoleon had many libraries and collections throughout his life. The library given here is Napoleon's final collection, as documented in A Catalogue of the Library of the late Emperor Napoleon, removed from The Island of St. Helena, by Order of His Majesty's Government. Which will be sold by Auction by Mr. Sotheby, At his House, Wellington Street, Waterloo Bridge, Strand, on Wednesday, the 23d of July, 1823, at Twelve o'Clock. See a scanned version of this catalogue via the Internet Archive.

If you know of additional lists of Napoleon's libraries that we can add, please let us know - contact JBD1.
