About meI am a retired public school teacher as of June 2014. I have taught early American History, America in the 20th Century, Civics, and Politics. My reading varies from books in my subject area to literature. This is a project to get my library organized. In addition I am doing this in dedication to my son Robby. He died in 2009 at the age of 24. In the brief time he had he amassed a great personal library that showed his wide range of interest. In the last year of his life he read 85 books. I have so many memories of our connection with books from the time I began to read to him at 6 months to our trips to the Half Price Book Store. In October of 2008 we got to see the Jefferson Library on display at the Library of Congress. It was a great day. I miss him every minute of every day.

About my libraryAs I said above this will be a combination of my library and my son Robby's library.
