About My Library
Pretty small compared to some others on LT, but it still takes up an inordinate amount of space in my house . . .

Although I've been lazy about those computer books, I try to keep it pruned: I'll grab just about anything that looks even remotely interesting, but if it disappoints it's donated to the local library; what's left over is everything I want (so far) and nothing that I don't.

Except for some things tagged "Legacy" and "Gifts", and recent acquisitions, I've read everything at least once (but not necessarily recently).

Recent Discoveries:
The Black Swan
A Mencken Chrestomathy

SOME Recent Acquisitions:
The Histories Herodotus
Selected Poems Alfred, Lord Tennyson
Seven Pillars of Wisdom T. E. Lawrence
The Long Dark Tea-time of the Soul Douglas Adams
Beyond Good and Evil Friedrich Nietzche
Fire and Stone: The Science of
Fortress Warfare 1660 - 1860 Christopher Duffy
Between the Bridge and the River Craig Ferguson
The Daughter of Time Josephine Tey
In Defense of Women H. L. Mencken
Mac OS X Internals Amit Singh
Digital SLR Lenses David Busch
The Deming Management Method Mary Walton
Medieval Combat Hans Talhoffer
Peace Kills P. J. O'Rourke
Somebody's Gotta Say It Neal Boortz

Planned Acquisitions:
No more for awhile -- that list up there needs to be thinned out some . . .
