- About Me
- I'm attempting to reform Christianity, in particular American evagelicalism, by asking the simple question "What does the Bible _really_ say about salvation and the final Judgment?"
For example, believe it or not, there is not a single description of the Judgment (where the final Judgment is clearly in view) that matches anything like what most people consider the basic message of Christianity.
Furthermore, the prophets of the Old Testament that describe the purpose, role, and need for a savior do not ascribe to that Savior the purposes modern Christians paste onto Christ.

I'm also working to popularize and improve the Colle-Zukertort chess opening system, as a chess opening system that a wide range of players can use. It's a fun, easy-to-learn, solid opening system that remains viable even at a very strong level.
My website, www.zukertort.com, has excerpts, reviews, and reader comments.
I have a blog devoted to looking at Biblical Christianity stripped from the politics, psychology, and sociology that has warped it over time: http://www.authentic-christianity.net/
When I'm not writing I work as a senior editor for www.explorelearning.com and a mathematical modeler/consultant for www.academicbenchmarks.com - Location
