About meThe College of St Barnabas opened in 1895 as a residential community of retired Anglican clergy and also includes clergy spouses and some church workers. In addition to sheltered housing it has a nursing wing.

About my libraryThe College has three libraries. The main and reference libraries, mainly theological, house an extensive collection of volumes on a wide range of subjects and of standard works. Residents use their own shelves for books reflecting their particular interests. Housed separately is a large fiction library.
