About meI am a single mom of 2 twenty somethings. I have my Associates degree in Library Science. I am currently working for our city's public library as an aide and have been expanding my literary horizons though I'm not really into sci-fi. It is one genre I tend to steer clear of. I'm currently into Swedish Crime Novels.

About my libraryMy library started with a bunch of Oprah Book Club Selections. The last couple of years I have really tried to expand it to include a lot of historical non-fiction, biographical stories, classics and new for me some famous children's literature you think you know from childhood, but will see a whole different way as an adult; ie: Alice In Wonderland. I recently moved to a MUCH smaller place and have had to reduce my library. It's been really hard to donate or sell my books. I was given a kindle last year as a gift and have really enjoyed filling that up (takes up less space).
