About My Library: I have quite an eclectic collection. I like many genres, depending on my mood. I buy books faster than I can read them, so they are stacked all over my house in various strange places. Purchasing a Nook and a Kindle did not curtail the book buying.

I have kept track of the books I have read for several years. One goal I have is to note the location of all my books through appropriate tags here on LT. I'm tired of not being able to find anything!

I am a nondescript, short, round person who blends easily into a crowd. I live with my instructional designer/musician husband, 1 really cute dog, and 1 inherited older dog. My older son is married to a wonderful and beautiful young lady, and they are raising the most adorable grandson ever, who will be 3 on Christmas Day 2021. Our younger son is living the good life in Atlanta, enjoying being single. I retired from 21 years as a teacher this year, 10 years as an English teacher and 11 years as a self-contained education teacher. To celebrate the retirement, we moved into the southern Appalachian Mountains. The mountains I see every day inspire me and give me hope and joy. I read voraciously. If I could get paid for that, we'd be wealthy.
