About My Library
I tried to not include the tag books, movies, dvd etc... but in the end I had to give in. It makes the sorting and searching easier.

I ended up using fiction and nonfiction tags on the books. Nonfiction includes philosophy, religious treatises and other works that could be considered fiction by some people. Fiction includes all creative works such as poetry, plays, prose and stories. Essays ended up being mostly in the nonfiction category because they are usually a point of view about something and not a fictional, creative work. I spent a lot of time thinking about this, and am still not sure if it's right. But it should work for me. :)

Hi, I'm an academic, public services librarian who collects all kinds of books and movies. I'm responsible for the westerns, mysteries, and romances. I also love disaster movies, don't ask me why. My daughter is the Manga/Anime fiend. We both read science fiction/fantasy. I love the outdoors and I like to know the names of things. All things. Hence the large natural history identification collection.
