About meI'm an author from England who's written a series of five books, The Stonewylde Series. The first two titles are published in the UK, with the third coming out in Oct 2007. The first book in the series, Magus of Stonewylde, is being published in the USA in September 2007. The books are set in an alternative community in rural Dorset, England, a special place of standing stones and earth energy. They're read by adults and teenagers, and have developed something of a cult following.

I'm interested in pagan sites, standing stones, the natural world and folklore. I love walking in the hills and woods. I have two slinky Burmese cats, and work full time as an author, having given up teaching to do this. I'm a very positive, upbeat person (most of the time!) who loves life and sees the magic everywhere.

About my librarySince I started to write in 2003, I've read very little other than for research purposes. My library is therefore not very up-to-date, but whilst I'm in writing mode I just can't read. A shame, because reading used to be my favourite pastime other than walking.
