I love books, not only as data, as text or other dataforms in a container, but the book as artifact, and yes, even as talisman. Academically, I'm a Medievalist and a Celticist, with interests in the associated fields of codicology and paleography. I love SF, history, manuscripts, and poetry. Professionally, I'm a technical writer, with particular expertise in Apple hardware and software, especially iOS.
