About meRetired teacher, volunteered to help out 4 years ago, Director became ill and here I am. My goal is to reorganize + weed the library to make it come "alive". The card catalog was way out of date so it was tossed out. If it wasn't for LT I would have had heart failure. We've replaced most of the really old children's books and working on the adult sections. Had NO IDEA what I was getting into but it has been rewarding. We have great Trustees and patrons. It's a joyful place to be.

About my libraryWe are a tiny one-room, one-staff library in a 560 count Town - We do things by hand, have sketchy tech but we love books- We have a decent book budget and are driven by what our readers want. Our slogan this year is " 100 years of Creating Community" From parlors in the 1800 to our "Town parlor" today, not a lot has changed.
