That's an interesting book. It has a theoretical-practical approach through which you can learn and practice at the same time. Bradshaw's writing style is compelling and motivating. As a downside, the book makes far too many references to other self-help books written by the author's colleagues. Nevertheless, I would recommend it.
A timeless book, its teachings are not dependent on technology, politics and/or social trends. It doesn't matter what time you get to it and read it, because, deep inside, humans beins have not changed so much compared to the ones who lived centuries ago. I recommend Tolle's book to everyone, buy especially to those who are willing to set off in search of themselves.
