Adorable

I love the illustrations. The story went a little fast for me but its super adorable and lovey. I love the way they all came together into the one kingdom in the end.
Absolutely Wonderful book. I can't usually stand a pov switch book but despite the povs switching as well as the time periods this book made the story flow. I was on the edge of my seat trying to predict what would happen next and how the three stories were connected. The Epilogue was beautiful as well.
I was so Happy the Althea and Hana reunited! I am so happy they stayed in touch with Viv as well.
If there was a way to give zero stars I would. I realize that's a cliche but it's the truth.
I personally disliked this book for many reasons, it reads like a bible fanfiction written by an illiterate 12-year-old who then abandoned it when their writing got better because there was no salvaging the dumpster fire created in its conception. We don’t really get an ending for the story, not a “happily ever after” nor an “everybody dies”. There is no conclusion to the story, McCarthy just stops writing. McCarthy is also very dehumanizing towards his characters. We never get the character's names, just placeholders like “the boy” and “the man”. I believe this was most likely an attempt to say something along the lines of ‘it shouldn’t matter if you know their names, you should find it sad anyway.’ but it just doesn’t work. It leads to a disconnect with the characters and makes what has the potential to be a decent story impersonal and unimpactful. Almost as if you can see how he wants you to feel or react, but everything falls short. It’s sad, but not devastating nor grief-inducing. It doesn’t even read as a log, which one would expect to feel more factual and less emotional. The writing feels disjointed and the story unconnected.
This isn't the worst book I've ever read. It's not personally my cup of tea but is very well written and is quite emotion-evoking.
The "Cool Girl" monologue is personally my favorite bit. It evokes the same feeling for me as Paris Paloma's song Labour, or perhaps I should say that the song evokes the same feeling as the monologue since I read the book first, though didn't make the connection until after I read the book for the second time recently for a class. I might look into reading more Gillian Flynn.
Absolutely Love the Cocky Kingmans series. the smut is phenomenal, the characters are well-developed, and we get a little angst but not too much. I am INVESTED.

For CDTB Specifically:
I was Yelling at them the whole time until they finally got together like "yall are stupid! you are in love with each other! Just fucking kiss already!"
The Tentacle Vibrator???
Chris was making up for lost time with some of those positions seriously.

For WATW specifically (if you don't want spoilers read not the rest :)):

Declan is such a grumpus and I love him and the way he is for Kelsey made my fucking heart melt.
The sweat pants in the beginning had my cackling. He is so awkward!
Kelsey, despite being a literal pop-star, is so relatable.
The Scene where Declan chucks their phones into the freaking lake? Hello??
Like with CDTB I was yelling at both of them like "you are in love with each other just fucking kiss already!!!!!!"
Absolutely Wonderful. I loved the writing, and the pace was perfect. Riley is incredibly relatable (honestly, I feel like I might also have a curse when it comes to dating), and I am so glad that he and Giles got their Happily Ever After. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Milo is a cutie Patootie, and his quest to reinstate Pluto is a noble one. Lovely Book and I can't wait to read the next one. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Amy Award Does it Again

Tempest is amazing and her&Flynn's love story was wonderfully tempestuous. The Shakespeare references were inspired and I loved AbuelaNovella. Can't wait to read the next book in the series!
Wonderful. Stupendous. Amazing!

Absolutely lovely.

The Cat distribution system (and Elizabeth) strikes again
Lovely as Always but with a Cowboy Twist

To be fair Hank is more rancher than cowboy but I do still think it fits. That said, Kerry Kilpatrick does UT again. This book was absolutely wonderful and I loved the goats!!!!
A wonderful, emotion evoking book that was incredibly written.
Devastating as always from Suzanne Collins. (I mean that in the best way possible.)
Kerry Kilpatrick is #killing it

Once again we get an absolute masterpiece from the wondrous mind of Kerry Kilpatrick. Travis and Casey melted my fucking heart and the amount of kids doing my feet and squealing I've done while reading this book is frankly fantabulous.

Thank you so much for writing such heartwarming books Ms. Kilpatrick!!

P.s. I Cannot wait for Emil (Book 3 for All-Star Island) to come out and see Anderson finally get his HEA).
OMFG!!!!

Anderson finally got his HEA and I am jumping for joy. Kerry Kilpatrick has once again knocked it out of TBE park and I could not love this more if I tried.
Ho Ly Sh1t

Damn. Just Damn. So good and also I think it broke my brain a little. Absolutely masterful writing. Beautifully descriptive scenes. One of the best romance books I've ever read. Thank you to Kayla Grosse for blessing my library with this lovely story and I have already pre-ordered the second one because DAMN.
