What a book! All the concepts about evolution and the perspectives of both sides of the story are fascinating. One of those books that introduces complex concepts and ideas that make you think.
What did I just read? It was something different, but worth it.
“To those like them; look at the story of Man, and come to your senses! It is not the destination, but the trip that matters, and what you do today influences tomorrow, not the other way around.
Love Today, and seize All Tomorrows!”

I met the writer in a Bookstore in Ottawa, and I’m shy about talking to strangers, but I decided to approach him, and he was so friendly, asking me about the books I usually read, and he recommended this one to me! It was an excellent recommendation. I enjoyed this book a lot.
All the scenery is in Ottawa in winter, which matches my current vibe and makes it easy to imagine the locations.
I like the way Barry writes, and I’ll look for more of his work.

I read this book when I was a teenager and enjoyed a lot the way the writer described everything. It was one of my favourite books and hook me into reading.
I enjoyed this book, but it was hard to cut each story. I will definitely go for the other books in this series; I love Gibson’s writing style.
I have found Asimov's books engaging. I love how plot twists and descriptions are written in his books. The connection between the three books is great, and I like how easily I can follow the whole story.
This book is a page-turner. I love the narrative and the way the characters interact and develop. The story is not my usual, but I love all the descriptions and details that help you imagine the scenes.

Neuromancer is a captivating dive into the neon-lit world of cyberspace, often considered the father of cyberpunk. Gibson’s bold and atmospheric vision makes for an imaginative read, though it's not easy. The narrative demands full attention, with characters introduced rapidly and storylines that can confuse. Yet, that chaos adds to its charm—reading Neuromancer requires embracing the fragmented brilliance. For those who invest the effort, it offers a rewarding journey through the digital frontier.

I think I will read it again because many things were happening in my life when I read it, and I couldn’t focus, which is what I think this book needs.

Be aware, this book is addictive! I didn’t read it faster because I had to do real-life stuff, but this is the kind of book that you get immersed in the story and don’t want to let it go. It’s fresh and so different that I got hooked. The other thing that didn’t help was having a cat resembling Princess Donut; mine is Princess Leia. Haha
Goddammit Donut!
Highly recommended it

I don’t know what Asimov added to his books, but the narrative catches my mind and greatly relaxes me.
It’s another great chapter in the Foundation series, and it reminded me why I love Asimov’s work so much. The way he builds tension without ever rushing and makes you think without making it feel like work is just masterful.
If you’re into smart but still super readable sci-fi, I’d recommend this one. It’s one of those books that stays with you after you finish it.

This book is a real page-turner. This was my first James Patterson novel, and his storytelling technique is amazing
This book is proof that it doesn’t matter how old a book is, as long as it’s good, it can be enjoyed and has the power to transport you to the author’s era. Considering it’s a book from the end of the 1800s, and given the technology that existed back then, it’s amazing how creative and simple the author was in conveying his ideas. I thought I wouldn't enjoy it much after seeing several movies based on this book, but I was wrong. I really enjoyed it and consider it a great science fiction classic that you should read at least once if you like science fiction.
This is one of the best fantasy books that I’ve read. At the beginning it was slow, but when it starts its engines you cannot stop until it finishes. I wasn’t expecting some events ( I don't want to spoil) in the book, which makes it unpredictable and more interesting and enjoyable. This is my first Sanderson book, and I love the way he wrote this book. While reading, I forgot I was reading a book; it felt more like a good story told by a great historian.
One of the best Sci-fi books that I have read. I like the complexity of the ideas, and I wish more modern writers could write like this, rather than repeating the same things over and over.
Another addictive book from this series. I can believe Carl and Donut make it again. Some situations are so messed up that I can’t see the solution. Love the creativity!
Goddamnit Donut!
Highly recommended to relax and disconnect :)

Una lectura bastante fresca y divertida! Me saco unas cuantas carcajadas al comparar culturas y tradiciones. Muy bueno para hacer catarsis y relajarse un rato de tantas complicaciones.
Loved the narrative, some plots make you boil your blood. I would say this book is suitable for breaking a reading block because it’s easy to follow and keeps you focused.
1984: The dystopian classic reimagined with cover art by Shepard Fairey (Penguin Essentials, 95) by George Orwell
This book is a must-read, with ideas that remain relevant after more than 70 years of publication! It feels like any authoritarian government from around the world. It’s like the manual used in many countries. It just needs obedient people following ideas without challenging them, and just entertained, trying to survive by finding food and water, or just fighting to survive.
