Book tastes

Love vegan cookbooks and would love to add Field Roast or Fuss Free Vegan to my collection. I'd also like to add to my other vegan books that are non-cookbooks. Of particular interest is Mercy for Animals by Nathan Runkle. Beyond those, I also enjoy a variety of other genres. I like biographies and thrillers and quirky satire books too.

Don't get this!

christian or urban fiction. cookbooks that are not vegan.

Comments/suggestions

Lyndatrue: I have a couple: The New Laurel's Kitchen (https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/089815166X/) and

The Rodale Cookbook (https://www.amazon.com/Rodale-Cookbook-Nancy-Albright/dp/0345305272/). Both of these are excellent cookbooks, which I've used for years. There are others, but these are already in my Library, and reviewed. (Thu, 07 Dec 2017 19:03:45 -0500)

libraryperilous: Anything by Isa Chandra Moskowitz, Terry Hope Romero, or Angela Liddon. Also, the first book in the 30-Minute Vegan series is good for quick, easy to make recipes. (Thu, 07 Dec 2017 19:09:13 -0500)

Darth-Heather: I love "Cooking By The Seasons" by Karri Ann Allrich. (Thu, 07 Dec 2017 19:17:33 -0500)

Arifel: It might be a bit left field, but my favourite vegan cookbook is Please Don't Feed the Bears, which is a nicely put together collection of what was originally some early 90s zines. (Thu, 07 Dec 2017 20:37:17 -0500)

lorannen: Hi brandilgrosso!

I had to rely on some friends for help, as cookbooks aren't really my wheelhouse. These were both very well-reviewed, and come highly recommended by friends who've used them, so I hope they serve you well! Have a wonderful holiday, and happy cooking/reading!
