hello, I was really interested in this group in 2009 and 2010 and willing to try again.
unfortunately, I wasn't able to use my laptop in 2010 in mid November to December so I couldn't post and finish my 2010 post (I only know I succeeded in reading 75+@books)

1. The Woman in White by Wilkie Collins
2. Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins
3. Keys to the Kingdom: Sir Thursday
4. Keys to the Kingdom: Lady Friday
5. Keys to the Kingdom: Superior Saturday
6. Keys to the Kingdom: Lord Sunday
-these series by Garth Nix

I'll be quite busy preparing my transfer applications, but until I go back to school, I'll try to read and enjoy myself as much as possible.

After summer classes and now that fall semester has started.. I have less and less time to read..
Didn't expect this to happen in college but oh well..

54. Mermaid: A Twist on the Classic Tale by Carolyn Turgeon
I was in a mood to read classic tale retold at the time and saw my friend reading this..and asked to borrow it..
I thought it was quite enjoyable

55. A.B.C. Murders by Agatha Christie
read this at the book store to kill some time and couldn't put it down..and ended up buying it :)
this is what b&n gift cards are for :)

56. The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde
one of my most favorite series among modern fiction
in the middle of reading the second book from this series.. but wonder I will continue the series or read some books that I bought recently...

57. Freakonomics by Steven D. Levitt
read this because of my writing class assignment..
I can see why so many people found this interesting...

I wish I have more time to read :(
It's October already...will I be able to make it?

another book that was assigned in my writing class..
didn't like the book much but not the hardest book to read..
for a veritable pessimist like me, made me snort in some parts here and there...

-one of the books that I found while doing research for my writing class..
didn't mean to read the whole book but ended up reading it..
(not from ch 1 through the end of the book though..but rather jumped around here and there...)

finally reached the fourth book of the series-
when I first read this series when I was a junior at high school, I thought this would be the end of Thursday Next series..but the author has proven me wrong (in a pleasant way, of course)

warming up & reviewing the story for the newest book of the story that got published this year (Thursday Next, the 6th book I believe..)
