I'm delighted to have won Crucible of Gold by Naomi Novik. Apparently unlike in the previous ER offering of one of her books, this time having all of her previous books and a few dozen other extremely similar works actually helped.

I'm so excited. I got Prize of My Heart by Lisa Norato. I've never read this author but I'm always on the lookout for new authors. As a result of the Early Reviewers reading program I have discovered new authors to enjoy. I'm still waiting on a book from January. I hope I get it soon. I like to review books ASAP. I think speedy reviewing helps me get future books.

I'm getting Unstuck: Your Life. God's Design. Real Change.

I'm glad I won anything this month. There weren't very many items that I thought had a close enough match to my collection for the algorithm to pick me. I added this one at the last minute. Now I'll have to see if my books from Dec and Jan would arrive before this new one.

Nothing for me but that is not surprising considering I didn't request anything. I originally requested the new Anna Quindlen book but unrequested it when I decided I would probably be pressed for time to read and review it. And that was probably a good decision because my December win came yesterday. Yay!!

I just posted my review of The Land of Decoration. Definitely a 5-*****.

The book came quite quickly in soft-cover pre-publication proof. It had a lot of typos, but this didn't in any way affect my rating since it's to be expected in a proof copy.
