Got the notification that I won The Little Book of Talent ... I just hope it's going to ship faster than the April and May books (which I've still not received!).
I'm getting Map of Lost Memories by Kim Fay. Still waiting of May's ER win and I have a Dec book that I haven't finished yet because I'm not enjoying it. I really need to buckle down and do it.
Yay!! I am getting The Light Between Oceans. So happy to win this. I really enjoyed my last win and am looking forward to this one.
Thanks so much!
Just received notice that I'll be receiving The Lotus Keeper by K.R. Dial. I'm really looking forward to it.
I snagged Living Jesus: Doing What Jesus Says in the Sermon on the Mount by Randy Harris.
I'm getting Polo in Britain which I marked figuring never in a thousand years, but I'm thrilled the great algorithm picked me!!!
I'm looking forward to reading Infinite West: Travels in South Dakota by Fraser Harrison
I snagged The Map of Lost Memories by Kim Fay. LT thinks I will love the book, even though LT's confidence level in that prediction is low. I expect them to be right -- by all accounts, I should love the book. Happy!
I'll be receiving Tenth of December by George Saunders. This is a new author for me and I'm looking forward to it. Thanks LTER!
I won 22 Accessible Road Trips by Candy B. Harrington ... and I am VERY happy to be getting that one!
I'm am so thrilled to be receiving Margaret Mitchell's Gone With The Wind: a Bestseller's Odyssey from Atlanta to Hollywood!
I'm also getting God Save the Queen by Kate Locke. It has been a month or so since I placed my request and I can't recall anything about it, but I must have thought it looked good at the time so I'm looking forward to getting it.
'Full Disclosure' from Dee Henderson!! I cannot wait, I've been waiting years for her to write a new one! This is my first book for Early Reviewers through LibraryThing!
I'm getting Playing with Matches by Carolyn Wall looking forward to this southern fiction book!
I'm getting what happened to my sister this is the first time my ER win has been something that I think really fits in with my library.
Playing with Matches: A Novel by Carolyn Wall! Excited!!! No matter how much I love my Kindle.. there is nothing like reading a "real" book!
Re: 20 Infinite West will be winging its way toward you in tomorrow's mail. We hope you enjoy it and we're looking forward to reading your review! Best wishes, The folks at the SDSHS Press
sdhspress Thank you. It is good to hear that the book is being sent out so soon.
The Lotus Keeper by K. R. Dial is the first Early Reviewers book I've won, Can't wait.
Very pleased and looking forward to receiving Infinite West: Travels in South Dakota.
I'm in for The United States Chess Championship, 1845-2011. Now time to dig out a chessboard!
The Demands by Mark Billingham. Love this series; glad my wait-time between books will be cut down, thanks to the ER program!
Like sangreal (>2 sangreal:), I am super excited to be receiving Grandad, There's a Head on the Beach, the second in a new series by Colin Cotterill, having recently devoured all the mysteries in his Dr. Siri series pretty much back-to-back and absolutely loved them. I've got the first in the new series, Killed at the Whim of a Hat on my bedside table, so I'll be ready to start Head on the Beach when it arrives.
I will be recieving Getting Over Mr. Right by Chrissie Manby. Looks like a fun and interesting read.
I should be receiving Jersey Joe Walcott: A Boxing Biography, which interests me very much.
Another new reviewer here and I'll be receiving Rising Shadows by Ashley Townsend. Looks like a fun read! Looking forward to it. :)
PolarisBeacon - it's on its way. Should be there by early next week at the latest. Enjoy! The folks at SDSHS Press
I'm getting Jersey Joe Walcott: A Boxing Biography. In the 3 years (36 months) I' ve been a LibraryThing member, I've gotten 22 books. What's crazy it that I seem to have become an almost automatic "sports book reviewer," as 7 of those books are about sports figures and most of those books have come in the last 6-9 months or so.
It's crazy because, while I follow sports and enjoy books about sports and people in sports, I read way more than that. Not that I'm complaining, I've received a lot of good books.
Lake Country by Sean Doolittle
Dennis Lehane raved about it, so that convinced me to read it. I hope he was honest so I believe him in the future.
