Dr Who crossover last episode?

Although I haven't seen the episode yet (shame on me, I know, but party crashing at the student scouting apparently was a better idea at the time), apparently the last episode of dr. Who was about a street of alien recluse hidden in plain sight in the ordinary normal modern world. Diagon Alley anybody?

It definitely looked like Diagon Alley (or perhaps more like Knockturn Alley, in actual fact!)

And that "Veil" in this week's episode was a lot like a dementor.

Oh well, cross-fertile connections works in real life as well. Haven't seen it yet again, will make sure I can hide behind a patronus.
