I'm a public librarian who's already asked regional colleagues for help, but so far we're stumped. This came from a library patron:
Starts with a young mom, I believe she's out jogging, when she is kidnapped. She has a young daughter, maybe 7-10 yrs old with a serious medical condition. Hubby comes home from work, and the search begins. Some young female cop approaches him with "confidential" information and promises to help him. She was kidnapped by a "group" of rich men that own a secluded island resort and have women holed up there as sex slaves. Because they are all rich and politically connected, it's top secret! Somehow, (I don't recall how) the husband, daughter and the women cop get on the island and start searching. They have trained wolves as "guards" and they seem to follow these three everywhere. Eventually they find the house, get in, find the mom, pregnant. Come to find out, the female cops boyfriend or husband is part of the "richy" mans club, but he ends up escaping with her at the end of the book.
She thinks she read it in hardcover about 5 years ago.

Dang, that is a vivid summary. I'm sorry it rings no bells with me.
