Did you think Blake was right to even think about suspending Garcia and Hunter?

NO and NO! Why she would want to try to get anyone else up to speed was a mystery to me. Maybe she was just blowing off steam.

Probably she was very angry because that would be a stupid thing to do.

Not in the middle of an investigation. If Blake wants to castigate Hunter and Garcia to assert her authority over her new team, she should wait 'til the investigation is closed.

No. She was right to be angry but she had to roll the dice with them. They knew more than any of the other detectives.

A ridiculous thing to even think about, if you want to punish them think of another way! Definitely don't take them off the case in the middle of an investigation, this would only risk an arrest being made. Why punish Garcia anyway, Hunter was in charge.

There have to be consequences, but not at the detriment of the case.

That would have been a stupid move. This was the first move she's make that seemed out of character. She's too smart to pull her chief detectives off the case at a critical time. I agree they should be reprimanded, but not in the manner she considered.

though she might have had more than enough reason to suspend them at the moment, this was something that would have to be taken care of later - time was running out and they had a serial killer to find. There was no way that a new detective could have come in, gotten up to speed and brought down the killer before time ran out
