Hi, I'm looking for a Historical romance I read years ago and would like to acquire again. I'm not sure of the title or author. I remember the setting being out west and had to be published between 1980's to early 1990s, the heroine meets the hero after some time of him being gone. They end up making love and she becomes pregnant. She finds out the hero is already married to some lady from back east who is also pregnant by the hero. Heroine ends up living with them, I don't remember how through the hero doesn't know she's pregnant. She makes dresses and such for the wife, the wife finds out the heroine is pregnant but doesn't know it's her husbands. The wife has her baby but tends to go mad and tries to kill her child with a pillow which the hero stops. He ends up marrying the heroine and finds out the baby she has is his.
