What do you make of Annabelle and John’s relationship?

I think they respect each other as they recognize that the other is very good at what they do. They seem to complement each other

They have some things in common. Both are living private and secret lives. They both have hidden skills. I think they respect each others expertise.

I agree with >2 bhabeck: and >3 Olivermagnus:. I'm not sure they will ever be more than just good friends that respect one another's skills. I believe that their lifestyles will be a deterrent to anything else.

I agree with >2 bhabeck: and >3 Olivermagnus: also!

I can't argue against any of the above, 🙂

I too agree with them having things in common. I also feel that there is this quality in John that allows the people in his life to be accepting and honest about who they are with him.
