What was your thoughts of the end of the book?

I think it set us up well for the next book especially leading us into the next stage of Annabelle's story

Maybe we should move the next book up before we all forget the plot line of the two books.

>4 Carol420: That's a good idea as too long in between and we do forget.

I was a bit disappointed that Annabelle's story wasn't resolved, but it's made for a cliffhanger. Not that I think a cliffhanger was needed...

I've read the other books so I know the answer. No peeking.

>8 ColinMichaelFelix: I didn't exactly peek. I looked to see what the next book, Stone Cold, was about and saw that Annabelle was mentioned. We all thought that since this one ended with Bagger coming after her that it would be continued in the next book.

>9 Carol420: Stone Cold is probably my favorite of the series. I hope to be more involved when it comes up in the group.

>10 ColinMichaelFelix: We're trying to get Andrew to move it up in the group reads since we all want to see Bagger get his "just rewards". I'm not sure that he's even check into yet to read the final posts. He's had a really busy time trying to get his school shut down.

What about if we read The Devil Colony by James Rollins next, and then read book 3 in this series after that seeing as it left us on such a cliff hanger. Then we can move onto the Michael Connelly book after that.

Book 3 in the David Baldacci Series is also available in the National Emergency Library.

>8 ColinMichaelFelix: I’ve read them all as well. I make sure to re-read the current one so I don’t slip up an mention something from a future book. The good thing with these first two is that I read them so long ago that I really did need a bit of a refresher.
