Cannot Combine Works

I added The Hero and the Crown to my library through the Add Books tab.

Here is a link to the book edition I added:

It did not have the author listed, so I added it: Robin McKinley.

My book edition showed one member.

The main work page has thousands of members.

I went to the combining works page through the author's page and could not find my book edition to combine.

I refreshed the page. My book still did not show.

I recalculated the author. My book still did not show.

I've closed out LT and reloaded it, and I still don't see my book listed on the author page with my others: (https://www.librarything.com/author/mckinleyrobin)

nor is it showing on the combine works page.

I've not had this issue before with combining, not that didn't resolve within a few minutes.

Suggestions?

Should be okay now. I used the workbench.

You also might want to edit your copy to remove the extraneous garbage ("by Mckinley, Robin (1987) Mass Market Paperback") in the title.

I left the garbage in temporarily so I could find it more easily in the long list of copies 😂

That makes sense! I did the same one time, to differentiate between a couple of editions.
