"See all untranslated!" inaccessible?

It was a Good Thing (for maniacal translators) to have access to "See all untranslated!". Alas, something seems to be wrong with the latter now, for those pages are not accessible any more, it seems. Could some techie have a look at this?

The "See all untranslated" pages aren't as much inaccessible, but they are entirely blank and thus not very useful. At present they do not show any text snippets to be translated still, though the latter must and do exist.
