I am a new member of LibraryThing. Can I sort the titles in a mystery series by the publishing date? I want to read the books in chronological order. Thanks.

If you have the publishing date entered in your catalog, then you can sort by that field. (You can edit the display style by clicking on the pencil icon by the ABCDE options near the top).
Another way would be to look on the series page for the series you want to know about. For example, here is the series page for the Bed and Breakfast Mysteries. To find the series page, go to the book page of a book in that series. In the common knowledge section near the bottom, there should be a link to any applicable series.
