You are really getting along on your reading this year. Congratulations. If you keep this up you will hit 250 for 2009.
I see you read The Clan of the Cave Bear. I read that several years ago and was so taken with it I read the whole series, liked the first one best though.

Yes, I'm realizing that the amount I read is pretty startling. I've always read a lot but, I've never really kept track like this before.
I also read that entire series The Clan of the Cave Bear many years ago. Some of the recent prehistoric findings kind of reminded me of this and I just had to revisit it. I'll probably re-read the rest - sometime after I get through my Robert B Parker's Spenser phase!

I've been meaning to re-read HBP. Is this your first time through the series or is it a re-read for you?
81superfishes2
This is a re-read of the series for me. For the 3rd/4th time?!? I just can't stay away from a good story. I just finished the last one. Still makes me tear up.
83jfetting
Yes, the last one made me cry in 3 different places, to the point that I had to put the book down and go calm down. In addition to telling a great story, she came up with some fantastic characters, and when Rowling killed them off I couldn't handle it.
What did you think of what dreams may come? I saw the movie, but do you think the book is worthwhile?

Oh, I'm a re-reader of Harry Potter too. I've just been thinking it's time to re-read them all again...
jfetting, I did rather like the movie of What Dreams May Come, because I could get swept away with the gorgeous imagery. The book, however, left me cold (positively frostbitten, to be correct).

The book What Dreams May Come that I read was by Sherrilyn Kenyon, not the one that the movie was made about. So, don't have an opinion about the other book. Sorry.
