While I feel sorry for the news of Michael's loss, it almost seems like a story that wrote itself: he was forced to be an adult when he was 8, yet he couldn't be an adult when he was 40. He was rich on paper, yet poor inside. In the end, he'll go down like Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe: too famous, too mysterious, and of course, gone way too soon.
And yet, is anyone surprised? So so sad.

I'm not very surprised. I can't imagine his years on the road, his behavior, surgeries, and anything else he may have experimented with during the 80's and beyond were good for his health. I actually thought a heart problem was rather normal all things considered and I was thinking that he would be able to die with some peace and normality but then I saw this.

I believe it was cody who said that sometimes people cannot find dignity even in death. Apparently Michael is one of those people.
